School Council

Ashfield Boys High school encourages staff, students, parents and community members to participate in the School’s decision making process. Our School Council ensures that all these groups have an input into the running of the school. Council members are involved in such matters as:

• representation on interview panels for the selection of staff
• determining school aims and goals
• identifying local education needs
• assessing the School’s financial needs

Our meetings are held on Monday nights, usually the second and eighth week of each term at 7.30pm.

The Present is Peter Kaye and the Secretary is Louise Webber.
